Imagine your child having less stress, less anxiety, more confidence, and more self-esteem.
The Shift happens for teens online program is designed to show students their natural mental health, release stored stressful thoughts, and overwhelming peer pressure, and be comfortable in their own skin.
It was created with love, and decades of dedication and study into the nature of our wellbeing, the physics behind our psychology, and the core of our innate mental health.
Shift Happens for Teens program is led by Andrea and Lee Valley, founders, Shift Happens Global. LEARN MORE ABOUT ANDI AND LEE HERE
Whether teens are dealing with bullying at school, low self-esteem or
unforeseen changes at home, our kids are yet to have the mental ability or the necessary skills to deal with personal and family issues that cloud their natural wellbeing, causing them to act out, experience anxiety or depression, and lose sight of their mental health.
When 900 parents were surveyed about their children’s mental health, it was discovered that 50 percent of them are dealing with kids who are anxious and/or depressed. These feelings of hopelessness stick with them, affecting their ability to go with the flow, see clearly, and realize their full potential.

“When I was first exposed to Andi and Lee’s concept of Shift Happens for Teens, I thought to myself these are life skills that we ALL can benefit from. I told them this needs to be in a curriculum and taught in schools!”
Dr. Eddie Ruiz, Florida State Director of Charter Schools USA

-
Help teens develop and maintain positive relationships with their peers and set boundaries when necessary
